Due to unforseen circumstances we are selling our home. We want my parents to move in with us and this house is not suitable for them.

Richmond is conveniently situated as a stopping point on the Coast to Coast walk and an ideal spot for special occasions.

Whatever your reason to visit we can provide a relaxing and comfortable rest with high quality beds, mattresses and pillows, with an excellent Yorkshire breakfast.

We offer an inviting and comfortable guest lounge/dining room with television/Blu Ray player, games and comfortable sofa.

Guests are welcome to enjoy this room throughout their stay and use it as a social area.

Jenny and Johnny await to warmly welcome you into their wonderful period home situated close to the town of Richmond.

We are surrounded by the most beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Dales.

From the front door, you are treated to the most stunning view of the river Swale, the waterfall and the ancient castle that dominates the town.

Turn left and you will experience views over Richmond and will be in the countryside very quickly. There is a good path leading to the ruins of Easby Abbey which follows the river into town.

Turn right and it is a short walk to the centre of the town where you will find many interesting shops, pubs, cafes and a good selection of restaurants to suit a variety of tastes.
